The merger meeting is today, from the last WSRI PR: <<A special meeting of shareholders will be held on December 6, 1999 at 10:00 A.M. at 528 Fon du Lac Drive, E. Peoria, IL 61611>> I speculate that a press release will be issued after this meeting. I wonder if other news about the new company will also be announced? BTW, I don't think that our little guys proxy means anything, the majority are the people that put the deal together and will vote the changes in.
