Packard Bell says they have no problems with their finances in a recent article. I know they have to say that, but they certainly didn't sound as if they were on the brink of bankruptcy. I think their cash flow problems are just mismanagement. But we are still going to have to see some good numbers from Intel before the market will come back to it.
