lots of theories, but nothing concrete:

- Alot of people sold in December for their 2005 taxes...and they're probably buying back in now that it appears to have bottomed out.

- Some people suggested that T/A pointed to bottoming happening sometime in December, though many (including myself) thought the bottom would be higher than it actually was.

- now that there has been some solid movement upwards, other bullish indicators are coming up that will likely push this thing higher. If we can maintain the PPS and perhaps the upwards trend we'll see a number of bullish crosses in the moving averages.

- the PR about the debt resolution probably boosted shareholder confidence...the restricted shares bottom price is .15, so many think the company has shown information that proves they will be there soon

- one theory suggests the company has bought back over 100M and is now ready to bring the PPS up for another dilution

- people are getting eager for the promised February filings, so that anticipation is causing alot of buy-in

- some think the MMs have finished covering and are now allowing supply/demand to govern the share price, since it appears the MMs were caught off guard back in September.

- the sentiment across the boards has switched to positive after middle December, so the sentiment may be boosting share price as well.
