Steve, I was also not sure what hardware was being supplied to Ascend, so I e-mailed TXCC. Check out this info from TXCC. transwitch.com Old news, but based on it and the e-mail they are selling only the CUBIT hardware to Ascend for the MAX TNT. If I missed something, someone let me know. Another big question is how low will Ascend go this week, hit 61.5 today. Hope this does not drag TXCC down with it, but could be a nice buy on Ascend, PE around 80. Mike
