From a CNBC newsletter e-mailed today... Mark Jakob, pleaded guilty in California today to 2 counts of securities fraud and one count of wire fraud. Jakob, you remember, perpetrated the Emulex hoax last summer, which netted him $240,000 and cost other shareholders an estimated $110 million. His plea agreement calls for up to 46 months in jail.
