Well, that explains why the stock wouldn't go over 30 yesterday and today, and why they preannounced. Did they say when the secondary would occur? I can't say I totally understand it, they have over $200 million in cash and ST investments, I think it is. How much do they need? Are they going to build their own fab? Or perhaps make an acquisition? I guess we'll have to wait and see. Bummer. Wish I had waited to buy. Sam
