Sorry if this is duplication but a very busy thread: Combination internet and Cable TV service over copper wire, US West, another little nail in AOL's coffin and soon to be many, much larger, nails (PS US West has a market cap of $26 billion and oh yeah a dividend yield of 4%...will companies like this want to play ball with AOL or just crush them, you decide)... USWest to trial VDSL service (cable + internet) over copper dailynews.yahoo.com PPS If you're skeptical about the copper thing there is nothing much wrong with Internet over cable. Yeah I know, AOL is going to offer ADSL...sure...but how much does AOL earn from this if it comes to pass...?
