We are most vulnerable to this kind of attack because we are free.

There is only one country on earth that has the military power to cripple China, and that action would use up much of our nuclear strength.
Toppling China is another story. Nobody has that capability.

I surmise Chinese strategists would like to use terror to cripple America. Then use military power to topple us.

I doubt any country would join with us in a venture to cripple or topple China.
I believe numerous countries would line up to assist China in toppling the US.
