So a premature birth, is that a baby? Or should just say it's just a potential life until it reaches 9 mos after conception? Baby due dates are calculated at 280 days after the last period. Babies delivered before that aren't really babies till the due date is reached? Maybe we should stop wasting time and money caring for premature births ... they're not really babies, after all.
