Barry and Autumn,

INTC announced less than expected price cut on their chips.
That may be the reason.

However, if you look at the tape, the net money flow calculated
by using 5000+ blocks was about a positive 5 mil vs. total of
35+ mil. So
it seems a lot of retail buyers out there. The MF was not very
impressive for quite a while, to say the least. My feeling is
is selling into rally has been going on in INTC and MSFT...the
impact on the whole tech market will probably show up in early
Feb.
