I saw the Notebook last night. Blech. What a manipulative boring movie. I love Gena Rowlands usually, but she must have lost her mind to play in this movie- it's the quality I expect from a TV movie. Every plot move was predictable, and it was sappy.

There have been some great romantic movies, but this isn't one of them.
