Pacific Trading Post To Make Tender Offer to Acquire ID Four, LTD. [OTC:IDFR] The Board of Directors announced the newly restructured company had entered talks with ID Four, LTD. [OTC: BB] to acquire controlling interest of the company. Pacific Trading plans to acquire profitable technology-based companies that hold substantial assets and are aggressive in the area of technology development and growth. The tender will be offered to all ID Four shareholders of record holding Common and Preferred stock, and will be presented by November 15, 2001. The details of the tender offer will remain confidential until the presentation date. Pacific Trading is currently a reporting Pink Sheet company with audited financials and will be filing for fully reporting status before the end of the year.
