Can anyone familiar with Level II and/or MM activity explain the significance of the huge bid/ask sizes on RNTK right now, and the total lack of buying or selling? The bid/ask is 15/16 - 1, the size is 92 x 322, and nothing is happening. NITE and USCT have ask blocks of 105 and 102, respectively. Volume is 155,900, about half average. Why the huge blocks and no movement?
