You might want to do some more research into this subject. Of course, that takes work to find information, doesn't it?
Throughout history, women and children have been the unfortunate victims of, not only war and violence, but repressive regimes, such as in China, Palestinian territories, Iraq, Iran, Cuba, Araq Countries, etc.
But, if by now, if your only intelligent conclusion is that Israel deliberately targets women and children, and, if so, is the only nation that does this, than it speaks volumes for either your understanding of events, or your politics, doesn't it?
