William, good point. Tobacco is a highly charged issue...More than Money counted Already in Deficit projection..With weak Presidency if RJR can stand-up to US Goverment..certainly Serbia can, Hashimoto can, EMU can, who can't..I am not so sure that Americans that love underdog will take side of GVN. P.S. unsolicited advice (strongest that I can master) EVERYBODY who smokes should quit now...like now!)
