Doc and Sergio and anyone else holding ALAN: I spoke with ALAN today since it is obvious that they made a mistake in quoting a time frame (once again) regarding the NEC news release. Once again, I've urged them not to place time limits on these releases as it creates a sense of anticipation going into the time frame and then a let down when the time has gone long overdue. All I could get back was that "obviously we can't count on the Japanese to commit to specific time frames". I'm not sure exactly what that means, but I guess the Japanese do things in their own way...since they are the ones in the driver's seat, they are the boss of what happens. On a different tac...they are expecting the closing of a deal with a US state any day now. Each day brings things closer to this one and it's supposed to be very large. State budgets are now in place so I would expect that what they are telling me to be correct. That's all I've got. Back to work for me. Ken
