I ran into a high school classmate for the first time since we graduated years ago...and she delivered to our table hot dogs. She works at a new hot dog stand in our town which is very nice.

Problem is, she was the HR head at 3 major Universities prior to moving back to here to take care of her mother.

She took a $60,000 pay cut in order to find work. She is employed and counts in the count...but this is reality for many. Unfortunately.
