What's your point, everyone knows Czech Rep. needs to buy cruise missiles from Lockheed to point at Russia before it can join NATO. How else are they going to get hard dollars to do this. Now comes SKODA and BAT to the rescue. Be thankful Lockheed thought of BAT and not someone else. It looks like developing the foreign market is going to keep BAT alive. And we will probably see BAT technology in the form of imports in the US first. Not until the Big 3 are being hurt by this technology will they come to the table. There is too much DOE money out there for R&D. The Big 3 would rather have someone else pay them to develop their own tech than buy a license to BAT.
