jmac..yes..the thing on cc is you need to sell the cc at one strike then on a retreat you need to buy the upstrike call to protect yourself against a runaway...so you would sell the 32.5 on a stock then if it retreats alittle you might buy the 35 call..pay no more than a 1/4 to alittle more. then if it continues to retreat..buy the 32.5 back.
so if you sold the 32.5 for 3 and you could get it back for 1/2 of 3/4
with time left....do it.
this will drastically increase your income especially if it's a volitile stk. that's what you need to have good cc play.
when I did this with Nynex i made 35-45 % a yr.
now i make 100% plus a yr.
