ADCT is following in the steps of many telecom equipment stocks (see SCMR - 170 last Tuesday; >30 less today). These folks release stellar earnings that beat both consensus and the whisper number, announce "the future is bright," and run up before their announcement only to get stripped down after the news. What gives? Who knows.

This price swing phenomenon happened to the semiconductor sector just a few weeks back. Look at the new highs they're all printing (SMTC, INTC, etc). I expect the telecom equipment group to recover just the same.
