Current storage is a short term consideration. If you're a ST or Intermediate Term stock trader? Then it's a focus. I'm not.

Mineral property investing is very Long Term, multi-cycle AKA secular oriented. My close friend, the late (JimisJim) and I talked about that important distinction, here, for years. What we watch is the continued massive multi-decade demand infrastructure build out and improved drilling & completion technology which continues to lower well and ongoing production costs. Those to overarching positives will take care of the temporary excess natural gas storage numbers we see in every down cycle.

For stock traders, Contrary Thinking - per yesterday's post pointed to this being a time to accumulate positions for a good Intermediate Term rally. Looking at todays strength in Appalachian NG focused stocks? Yesterdays post nailed it.
