Saul, Thanks very much for making sense of things that made very little sense to me. Ditto Richard's comment your post. I intend to print out your posts and laminate them and every time I need to remember something I will refer to your posts because you stated the "whats, why's, hows and ifs" what obviously you have extensive experience in this business and common sense to go along with it. Again, thanks for your fine explanation about many aspects of this business and this company in terms even stupid investors (me) can understand. John
