Doesn't sound right since:

1.) What philosophy is itself debated.
2.) Some religions (some Buddhism forms for example) DON"T each other.
3.) Some religions (Buddhism forms) imposes only the idea not to impose.
4.) Philosophy gets into the same questions as religion, ie. does god exist, and basic epistomological questions.
