Alex: If the stock is very volatile I will usually short the stock as it is rolling over. In this case I would go market.

If the stock was already rolling over I would go limit with a little discretion to the downside. This way if I miss it, it's because the bids were dropping out of sight and I would have had to chase it down.

I think it is important to remember that as a daytrader there are countless opportunities and you should always enter a stock on your own terms.
