I have no idea how good or bad the deal will be for the company, but remember that it is tax selling season and many people who made good money this year are probably selling KAHI at a loss. Jan 1 is right around the corner as is the vote of shareholders of NTHCC. I guess most here are now long not by choice. Time will tell. Good luck........Norms
