I have just started reading Kitty Kelly's book about the Bush family. They have always been surrounded by privilege and money. Hardly a bunch that is able to understand the true needs of common men and their families. Kitty writes of how a veil of secrecy surrounds the family. They are careful to keep their image pristine. Kitty ran into many people who were totally intimidated and refused to talk to her for fear of revenge by the Bush's. They feared for their lives in some instances. As I read the book I am getting an image of an evil group of people that used money and their name to carve out their path to power and prominence. They aren't leaders............they are barracudas!
