I got an email on it too, disclaimer says they were paid 12,500 shares. They had some target price in there, but didn't mention if that was before, or after, the 1:10 reverse. I notice their Q is late, NT10 filed the 15th biz.yahoo.com LOS ANGELES, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- New Century Companies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NCNY - news) announced today that the companies Board of Directors and a majority of the Shareholders have approved a 1 for 10 reverse stock split. The company has filled an information statement pursuant to the stock split with the Security Exchange Commission. The effective date of the reverse stock split will be approximately 30 days from the filing.
