Terrence, I posted that when it happened a couple of weeks ago. Still has his job I guess. Not even any outrage. Depressing. Plus he said this even as the State of CA is defending itself in a law suit brought by a prisoner who claims the State of CA has a policy of using prison rape as tool to control prisoners. Guys got a pretty good case I'd say. If I'm on the jury, I'd award plaintiff All the Money in the World plus one dollar.
