This is also much broader than one might generally think... ie. a basic premise of virtually all scientific experiment is that outcomes should be repeatable based on our current understanding of the universe (and hence the term 'repeatable'). It is unimaginable the scope of things that this may preclude... for example there is all sorts of ideas flying around as to how many 'dimensions' the universe has. "Repeatable" may very well simply be an artifact of our limited viewpoint (senses, etc).
