Mustard gas is not a terrorist weapon, It's useless as a WMD and Bush-Cheney knew that. Bush-cheney lied saying Saddam had VX nerve gas, Anthrax and all manner of other WMD which are very dangerous. They knew he only had old leftover mustard gas shells from the 80's which have no real use at all and were no threat to us whatsoever.
