If Verizon does adopt CDMA2000, Vodafone may have to develop a dual-mode handset to ensure that travelers between Europe and the United States can use the same phone. “That is the worst case scenario,” the spokesman said. “I don’t even know if we’ve got as far as considering that yet.” LOL! Qualcomm been working on it for years, has chips scheduled and Vody hasn't even considered it yet.
