bulls=42.1
bears=38.6
correction=19.3
bulls/(bulls+bears)=0.52

With recent rally, CNBC has suggested that this is now a trailing indicator since newsletter writers surveyed might send in their viewpoints on Thursday before the most recent market rally and so the rally happens before the indicator changes. Perhaps the Put/Call Ratio is now a better indicator as it is trending strongly away from the bullish 0.7 back towards 0.5?

10DMA Put Call Ratio?
CBOE lists 0.56 and OEX lists 1.36
I think BB follows CBOE and you can see on the chart that it is now trending much lower (0.5 is bearish and 0.7 is bullish of late)
