Good soldier Svejk,
I wonder what the market expects, when a report that (IMO) reflects a company on tracks with all expectations, makes the share fall slightly.
All though we've been delighted with the new contracts and so forth over the last month, it might just be that someone would have liked an even better score on the development side. I don't know.
I prefer to stick to Rick's statement that really confirms what we've known for quite a bit: Nothing yet alters the impression that MVIS is doing very well. Delivery on schedule and all. According to the release, new program completions will be ready in the second half of '98:

"In January, the company announced that it had been awarded two defense department contracts with combined value exceeding $5 million. The first contract, which was awarded in December 1997 and has a value exceeding $4 million, is to build a helmet mounted display (HMD) system for the ACIS Comanche Helicopter Compatible Common Helmet program. Revenue and related expenses for work performed on this contract during 1997 have been included in the company's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 1997. The second contract, which was received in January 1998 and has a value of approximately $1 million, is to build a head worn display to replace the desktop monitor at a workstation within the tactical operations center for the U.S. Army's Battle Command Battle Lab (BCBL) in Leavenworth, Kansas. Both contracts are scheduled for completion in the second half of 1998."

Good work, Rick & Co. Keep going!

Kim
