where do you get your 10% fees figures from?

i checked on a government managed fund for civilian and military personnel. the administrative fees are .06% for a common stock fund, .05% for a small cap fund and .05% for an international fund.

when you write stuff like this, it confirms my conclusion that you are a few slices short of a full loaf.
