Time 4 a truce perhaps? Looks like the glass is half full and empty.

So TRIBY appears to have a product that meets FDA concerns about HIV 1 & 2, but not a license for HIV2 in the USA?

They can market it internationally, but can't in the world's biggest market. There may be more aids cases in Africa, but is there the healthcare infrastructure & resourses for purchase & distribution?

Will FDA reverse their stance? Does anybody really know/have definitive inside info they can post?

FDA does not govern the world, but they do influence ("Good Healthcare Seal of Approval"?)

Bottom line if posters who have commented on what TRIBY management themselves have said is that they don't expect an approval this year.

While FDA approval of Uni-Gold HIV may not ultimately make a huge difference in the TRIBY bottom line, it makes a big difference of less knowledgable US investors. Lack of a catalyst is really hurting TRIBY now. EPS growth would also have provided a strong catalyst, but that will be flat rest of year.

Now, is that a fair summation of a debate that has not exactly taken the high road. Can we bring some closure to this.

The question about lack of meaningful disclosure on the part of TRIBY management has not been reasonably addressed. While there may be some valid concerns of keeping business secrets, this has unfortunately been used as a scapegoat.

If your stock is going to trade on US markets, you need to come up to the standards of disclosure the US investors expect of publically traded companies. Scott

(think twice before takinbg exception with the last statement 'cause ya know I can present a thorough fact case, anyone)
