Well, at least he doesn't talk out of both sides of his mouth, and deny it like rb. I just love it. The amazing thing is that they are so close in philosophy to bin Laden and the Taliban--and Hitler, and every other mass murderer in history that you can name. And they don't get it--or don't care.
But I disagree with you--and them--about gaining more security. Maybe in the short term--under police state conditions. Longer term--a couple of years. a generation, or two or three, we will have instilled a hatred of the US in the 1.1 billion of the Islamic faith--and well-deserved mistrust by the rest of the world that at some point it would overwhelm us.
So where does it end? First a village. Well, that didn't work, and now we've really p---- them off. So we level a country or two. 10, 20 million? Oops. What about the billion plus that are left? Taking their arguments to their logical conclusion--extermination. Oh yeah, along with Muslims, they would take out millions of citizens like us too. Can't have anyone questioning genocide, now can we.
Oh yeah, been there, done that--or tried. Worked real well for Nazi Germany, didn't it?
And you were accused of being simple minded. These guys have absolutely no comperhension of logic, consequences, or history. Much less morality. Amazing and scary.
