You might want to re-think this assessment. I'd say there are a relative "few" who don't trust Datek. I'd venture that Datek has many, many satisfied clients, of which I am one. They are not perfect. And if you are a serious day trader, they may not be appropriate. But they are far superior to Discover and Fidelity (my only direct references). Compared to other browser based, internet brokers, they may in fact be the best there is.

As far as Datek going out of business, this is ludicrous. There is absolutely no evidence to suggest they are in trouble. On the contrary, I would guess just the opposite is true. |
