I have a very large issue with fledgling public companies going private. WHY. It is simple insiders can see if a turnaround may be in the future and whay not take it private when its is near bottom. So they Milk the publis tit and take the cash to create the foundationa dn they likely raised more funds. Do I know this is the case for this stock - I have no idea but I know it happens. So the sharholders loses 80% while the company is getting established and when it is at its bottim they propose going privte 360 networks did it recentlyu and they did a R/s and I think they traded as SVNX - It pissed me off becanuse along the way the insiders made million on options and now when at bottom they screw the commons again.
