Nope. The TSE doesn't admit to making mistakes. It's never even had an error account, something every other exchange I'm familiar with has. This head-long rush into technology scares me, because it specifically cuts the human element out. I mean, to have orders in the system, and then run the risk of the system crashing so you can't cancel them or change them scares the daylights out of me, particularly since the exchange will accept no liability. There needs to be some fail-safe mechanism, but there isn't.

Sorry for the venting in my last post, but I am seriously pissed off.
