Hello,
I am a QuotesPlus user. I am trying to create a simple scan
that will print out to a file...all the stock symbols in the
nasdaq, nyse, and amex AND their associated IRL index (ie !ID059).
I cannot get the scan function IRLSymbol, as defined in the
QP help files to work..as defined. When I use it in a scan,
for example:

println symbol,",", IRLSymbol ;

instead of getting a symbol like !ID059, I get what appears to
be a highly abbreviated index name, which is not what I want.
I need a file like this for other things that I am doing that
requires me to be able to use Excel and do vlookups..keying on
the irls symbol.

Also..I've notice in the printout of the output that I did get
..many skipped blank lines..why is this?

If anyone has a scan that can produce this I'd appreciate it.
Thanks.
