Tommaso,

Agree with your take on these foreign income funds. Especially those with foreign government debt. TGG has been interesting to watch as the investors keep paying a nickle over par and the price goes up and down based on the par value.

Yesterday was interesting when the markets were down so were the US Treasuries. I don't know if it was important, just wondering if foreigners are selling the bonds as well as equities.
