Sigh. The Clinton foundation, as has been pointed out ad nauseum, does not operate by awarding grants to charities, although it does some of that. It mainly operates more as a charity itself, it directly spends money instead of using a go-between. And that is a totally appropriate way for a foundation to operate.

So you are using an inappropriate metric. To no ones great surprise.

Besides, none of those figures you report indicate that the Clintons have gotten any benefit from their foundation. Unlike, say Trump.
