Thanks Mike, I rest my case...been playing this trumpet for awhile. While you and I have been able to look at the Geology and see the IP's one could easily conclude their might be something in those hills. The property could easily stand on its own, BUT if the big boyz are too tied up to take advantage of the situation they are just too tied up. Any business major could easily conclude that in order to lure a major into making a half billion dollar gamble it would take a "win win" for them....Your right Mike LiPangue is a long way off from meeting the criteria and Medinah's share count has continued to escalate and for what the canned response is for Quijano/Tenero & drillers. I still await that share allocation description that I requested and was promised back at the AGM. Hell if we have issued a boat load of shares to drillers over the last three months we probably would own about ten rigs by now and would have been able to drill Las Dos Marias in about 5 minutes....Any novice accountant could easily look at the balance sheets of Newmont, Homestake, and Barrick and easily understand that paying 500 million for Medinah would be somewhat of a great deal if they were assured of the Placers' potential, the Andacollo properties would include a possible acquisition of Dayton's properties, the Caten vein, etc.etc. For 500 million that would probably be a great way for them to return on their investment 200 - 400 % over the next ten years. It would also mean they would have to expenditure out billions of dollars in capital costs as well. So for them a 100 million ton of AU 3 g/tn with some copper and Las Dos Marias might be well worth $5. But in order for Medinah to be a ten dollar stock they would have to produce much much more. They're still stumbling around trying to get fully reporting, etc. etc. etc......In order to do a JV if I were a big major audited financials would have to be a must before I ink any deal...no ifs about it!!!!!, sooooo anyway I'm rambling time to get kids to bed and dream of A Go Go dancers donned in Gold G strings!!!

:-)
