Dell'Oro Group Releases 3Q 1997 Report on Shared Hub and Lan

PORTOLA VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 21, 1997--Sales of
Shared Hubs and LAN Switches grew 9 percent over the second quarter,
to $2.4 billion according to the Dell'Oro Group's third quarter
report, published last week.

Port shipments grew 12 percent ( to 26 million ports), during the
second quarter.
