I know libs might be rejoicing, but retro-taxation and voiding of contracts after the fact, may be a double edged swords. You know when you consider this illegal act of congress, it only affects the rich guys – right? But consider the monies dumped into GM, Ford, Chrysler and others bound in union contracts that have driven our auto-industry to it’s knees. Using the same logic justifying AIG taxation, why not tax the union fat cats and workers at 90% in like fashion? Everyone is missing the point. The fountain head of these problems, beyond the metaphysics of inherent human greed, is the self-serving vendettas launched by the very bastards who caused the problems in the first place – the self-serving and pompous Dodd’s and Frank’s that strut the halls of congress and statehouses across the nation; they are the problem. America’s socialistic movement is unabashedly transforming into a run-a-way freight train, yet no one seems to be stepping forward to derail the damned thing.
