Not in this conversation it isn't. The post you replied to was about hurricanes. The post it was a reply to was about typhoons (same thing as hurricanes just in a different place). Same for the post before that, and so on to the beginning of the conversation.

Heat waves, rain/flooding and drought are part of the picture.

Part of a bigger picture, but not part of the current conversation. Also your post only addressed rain not cyclones/hurricanes/typhoons, tornadoes, raing, flooding, and drought and all other types of extreme, harsh or unusual weather, and only in the US.
