aetna insurance would cover the state required coverage. for example ma insurance has numerous procedures in the required insurance making it costly vs other states which do not require such coverage.

did you call aetna to see if you could purchases an out of state insurance when you do not reside in that state?

i had corp insurance and believe the policy cost wass the same if ppo hmo for most states . there were higher costs for same title insurance for employees in certain locations.
