When I heard about Dana Krelle leaving AMD, I didn't think twice about it......like I said before, AMD is a big organization and people come and go.

Then I see your post in which you go all the way back to Raza nearly a year ago, speculating as to whether there is a problem or not. You state in your post {and I am paraphrasing} things are going well at AMD, why are these people leaving.

First how can there be an intelligent conversation re this
subject; none of us, to my knowledge, work for human resources at AMD. So the best we can do is wildly speculate; for what purpose I don't know.

Secondly there have been innumerable articles re how people move from job to job in the SV and that startups are stealing employees from more seasoned companies like AMD and Intc. You are in the industry so I can't imagine that you do not know this.

So I have to conclude, due to your bias, you are baiting....a time honored sport on this thread; both AMD and Intc longs do it. Fine!

My only point is that don't be surprised at the response to your baiting. Your post at the end is the equivalent of one kid telling another kid I am going to hit you but don't hit me back 'cause I really don't mean it. I bet the kid getting hit isn't buying into that kind of a setup and neither am I.

I hope you can understand the reason for that kind of reaction. If you don't get it, I'm sorry.
