I believe you are wrong. The rebate applies also in Canada, and it took a while for the rebate to get to the stores here in Montreal. It was September before it was advertised. The rebate only applies in North America. Posts to SI in the summer from Europe found the drive full price there. What ever happen to the channel checks from Europe?
