Phil just looked at their new S-8(PSIX),and per analysis on their thread there is concern building that the Japan purchase added more debt to company already loaded with debt--when is their earnings due? I myself am merely trying to get my portfolio back to its high water mark--so am largely on side lines because of my hedge play on two stocks---plus I can't step-out on ABTX,as we have zero idea when big news may break--and must maintain my discipline of not using margin-- so am now just 15% cash to play with. Kunkel has a posted on PSIX thread tonight. Good Luck,Max
